Orders & Payments

• All knives listed are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they are gone unless stated otherwise.
• Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to start.
• Final payment (balance + shipping) is due before the knife ships.
• Payments processed through Stripe.

Build Times Build times are estimates only. I will keep you updated on progress.

Shipping I currently ship only within the United States.

• Knives ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx with tracking after full payment.
• Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout.
• International orders are not available at this time.

Lifetime Warranty I stand behind the craftsmanship of every knife I make. This knife is warranted for life against defects in materials and workmanship. If a manufacturing or craftsmanship issue occurs, I will repair or replace it at no charge.

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Abuse, misuse, or improper handling
• Use outside of its intended purpose (cutting, slicing, general utility tasks)
• Damage caused by improper sharpening, corrosion from lack of care, or modifications

To make a warranty claim, contact me at contact@rahvnknifeworks.com with photos and description of the issue.

Returns & Refunds

• Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.
• Finished knives are final sale except under the warranty terms above.
• Damaged shipments must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

Legal & Responsibility

• Knives are sold as functional tools and collectibles.
• Buyer is responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.
• Must be 18+ to purchase.
• I am not liable for misuse after the knife leaves the shop.
